I'm Dr. Saadat. I'm a medical doctor, a certified holistic coach, and a practitioner of Traditional East Asian medicine. I help people who have been running on empty find their footing again, using both the science of the body and the wisdom of the whole person.
Most coaching works on symptoms. Stress, fatigue, anxiety. My medical training lets me look at the whole system first. Your biology, your psychology, your environment, the shape of your days. When we see what's actually driving the pattern, the way out gets clearer. Diagnosis is half of treatment.
Coming from medicine into coaching wasn't a career change for me. It was an expansion. I kept meeting patients whose prescriptions couldn't fix what was really wrong. Chronic stress. Burnout. A quiet sense that something important was missing. I trained in holistic coaching, integrative medicine, and adaptive leadership so I could offer something more complete.
